In Your Kitchen – A Virtual Culinary Event

Learn to cook a fabulous meal with some amazing chefs!!

Help us celebrate the kitchen renovation at our WINGS Metro Safe House and learn how to cook a delicious meal from the comfort of your kitchen in this interactive and entertaining cooking class.

Aside from the virtual cooking class, Entertaining Company will deliver ingredients that make it possible for you to make this two-course meal (entrée plus a premade dessert sponsored by Mariano’s) at home. The meal that will be cooked is a Butter Poached Salmon (or steak version) with Braised Greens. A bottle of wine will also be included with the meal kit. Please note delivery is only available within the Chicagoland area. Out of state participants can purchase a ticket and receive the recipe and ingredients list by e-mail. Click the button below to view ticket and sponsorship options. A detailed e-mail with the Zoom link will be sent to those registered a few days before the event.

We will be selling raffle tickets for a chance to win some amazing prizes like cookware, dinner experiences, and foodie gift baskets. Raffle winners will be announced during the event, winners do not need to be present to win.
