WINGS Administration, Development, and Operations Departments work together to provide critical support for WINGS mission to provide housing, integrated services, education, and advocacy to end domestic violence.

• Administration oversees the agency’s finances, information technology, human resources, volunteer services, government grants, and data management operations.
• Development builds relationships to raise funds, resources, and awareness to make the agency’s high-quality services possible.
• Operations oversees the safety, security, maintenance, and enhancements of agency’s numerous properties. Operations also encompasses In-Kind donations.
