WINGS Hospital Program Expands into Chicago: New this year, WINGS received a grant from the City of Chicago to expand the Hospital Program to Chicago. UI Health – University of Illinois at Chicago is the first medical system in the city for this programming.

Brain injury is often an overlooked consequence of domestic violence. March is Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) awareness month and over the past year, WINGS has embarked on one of the first of its kind collaboration to improve access to care for survivors recovering from head injuries in the Chicagoland area.
